Terms that govern your use of Edgetweak
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Edgetweak, including the website, trading journal, analytics, Edge Report, mentor tools, public sharing features, and related software services that we make available.

By accessing or using Edgetweak, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Edgetweak on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep that information reasonably current.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should act promptly to secure it or contact support@edgetweak.com.
Software platform only
Edgetweak provides journaling, analytics, rules tracking, AI-assisted insights, and related software features for traders.
Trading risk stays with you
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, account activity, compliance obligations, and financial results.
Use must stay lawful
You may not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or use Edgetweak to break laws, contracts, or platform rules.
- Edgetweak is not a broker, exchange, futures commission merchant, clearing firm, or trading venue.
- Edgetweak does not provide investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- AI-generated insights, grades, summaries, and pattern detection may be incomplete, incorrect, or not fit for your specific situation.
- Futures and other speculative trading involve significant risk, and losses can be substantial.
- You should independently verify information before acting on it and use your own judgment before making trading or financial decisions.
- You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Edgetweak.
- You grant Edgetweak a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, analyze, display, and adapt your data only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
- If you create mentor shares, comments, or public snapshot links, you authorize Edgetweak to make the relevant content available through those features.
- You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary for the data you upload and share.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, exchange rules, prop firm rules, and third-party platform terms that apply to you.
- Maintain accurate account information and protect your login credentials.
- Upload only data you have the right to upload, process, analyze, and share.
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
- Do not use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, deceptive content, or material that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not misuse mentor access, public share links, or any read-only access features.
Certain Edgetweak features allow you to share information with mentors or with anyone who receives a public snapshot link. You are responsible for deciding what to share and with whom.
Public links should be treated as public. Anyone with access to the link may be able to view the associated shared content until the link or underlying snapshot is no longer available.
Mentor access is intended to be read-only except where Edgetweak specifically allows mentor interactions, such as comments or other collaboration features.
- Authentication and account services may be provided through third-party identity providers.
- Certain AI features may rely on third-party model providers.
- Certain charting or market-data features may rely on third-party data or infrastructure providers.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies, and Edgetweak is not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.
The service, including its software, design, branding, compilations, and related materials, is owned by Edgetweak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these terms, Edgetweak grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the service for its intended purpose.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, functionality, or integrations.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address security or operational concerns.
Edgetweak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that analytics, AI outputs, market data, or rules evaluations will be correct or free from omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgetweak and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, trading opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Edgetweak is found liable for any claim arising out of or relating to the service, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Edgetweak for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edgetweak and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and personnel from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or another party's rights.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments made to Edgetweak are final and non-refundable once you sign up for a paid service or your subscription period begins.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and submitting any cancellation before the next renewal or billing date. If you do not cancel in time, recurring charges may continue, and Edgetweak is not responsible for charges resulting from a failure to cancel.
It is your responsibility to confirm that your cancellation has been completed.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections addressing ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and other protective provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Edgetweak after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
